PRODUCT INFORMATION

At Vista Fabrications we take great pride in producing the best hand-made products possible.  If you are choosing to provide your own shirt for the logo to be applied to the following guidelines must be followed - 

  • Cotton, Polyester, or Poly/Cotton blend are the best fabrics to use. Stay away from Rayon, Silk or anything that can't handle high heat.

  • No Ribbed shirts

  • If a mistake occurs that is considered our fault with your shirt we will replace it (at our expense) with an item as close as possible to the original.  We cannot guarantee the exact same item.

  • DO NOT place the iron directly on the logo.

  • Machine wash and dry the shirt according to the directions on the label.

  • Wash shirt inside out to protect the logo

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products and guarantee you will be satisfied with anything you purchase from Vista Fabrications.  All products are guaranteed against workmanship or material defects for 60 days from date of purchase.

Items that are made incorrectly, or not as indicated on your order form may be returned at our expense, and will be replaced with the correct items.

Items that are made correctly as indicated on your order, but are not what was expected by the customer may be returned at the customers expense.  Orders will be remade under the customers "new" instructions and will be shipped once the original order has been received. The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new order.

Unfortunately items that have been made with a custom name or logo can not be returned, unless it was incorrectly made.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We typically ship expedited parcel through Canada Post as we find them to be the quickest and most cost effective option.  We strive to get our products out as quickly as possible however please understand they are all custom made by hand. 

Vista Fabrications is not responsible for shipping Delays in transit.  Once your order has been shipped and has entered into transit we are unable to change or re-route a package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason it needs to be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the original date of the order.

All Cancellations or Changes must be in writing via Email, you will receive a return email acknowledging the cancellation or change.
